Every organization develops a culture as they grow, develop, and mature. “Culture” means the deep level of basic assumptions and beliefs we share as members of EDI.
One of the greatest things about working at EDI is our culture. A primary foundation of our company culture is our “Count on Us” beliefs about trust, respect, honesty, and integrity. These values are the cornerstones of who we are and what we believe. We measure everything we do against these core principles and values.
We believe in routine performance feedback and coaching, every month.
We believe in an open door, approachable leadership style where open dialog, sharing of ideas and collaboration are both cherished and encouraged.
We work hard to build a company that values professional development, challenges our Associates to do their best, and then recognizes them when they do. As our founder reminds us, “you are either green and growing or ripe and rotting.”
